WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Processing your order, manufacturing the products, and delivering them (free of charge) takes our team between 10 and 20 business days (15-50 to LATAM). We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

We ship our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity, and all our shipping is free.

MY ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE

If your order includes more than one item, they may be shipped separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive shortly.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER Is your package lost, broken, or destroyed?

With our PREMIUM Shipping, Pokemon Shopâ„¢ will handle all disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We don’t pass the buck to the carrier and leave them to their own devices. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.
